Another one of our key advantages is the hardworking crew of honest-to-goodness people we have working for us. Our support team is dedicated to our cause, dedicated to the work we do, and dedicated to making sure great things can happen for you.
Here’s a sneak preview at how our team works behind the scenes. Each of our online stores is assigned a Program Manager. This person is in charge of the store and working with its main contact on a day-to-day basis. If the contact needs something or has a question, then he or she can call or shoot off an email to the Program Manager, who will be available to respond to any concerns or issues.
Every account and store is different. Some contacts chat with their Program Managers several times a day, others just once a month. And either is okay! We think that’s one of the great things about our way of doing business: you are free to be you.
We also want to let you know about another group of folks who want to talk to you and lend a listening ear. Our Customer Service team members are here to help all users of our stores, and are available to contact by phone or email Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. (CST). No matter your question, Customer Service will work to find an answer.
