Overview

Beta Theta Pi gives a new voice to the enduring values of their Fraternity through the Men of Principle initiative. They offer a membership experience that is unique, calling on men to become leaders and giving them the tools they need to do so. In 1879, Beta Theta Pi was the first college fraternity to publish its constitution. Today, while they continue to guard certain secrets reserved for members, they happily invite the widest knowledge of objects and aspirations.

Understanding the Challenges

Members of Beta Theta Pi are responsible for many events during the year including, Cornerstone online workshops, alumni receptions, dinners and more. Merchandise for these events had to be ready well before the actual event, but they did not have the resources to keep track of a large inventory of different products.

Setting New Objectives

Beta Theta Pi wished to have a better tracking system of inventory and spending. For special events, they wanted to be able to order banners, or other signage, like posters, cards, or founder’s photographic prints, that stuck to their specific brand.

The Advanced-Online Solution
